SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
At Espiritu we value all our clients and customers for their patronage and enquires. We strive to respond to your orders and emails as quickly and carefully as possible. We thank you for shopping and supporting our small family business. We design and make small batch ceramics in Vancouver, BC, Canada, if an item you order is in our inventory we will process your order within 48 hours.
Please note: Due to the nature of hand made ceramics, the item you receive will not be the exact item photographed on the site. All items are thoughtfully crafted by hand and will vary in the glaze drips, surface slip decoration and wood grains from the photographs in this nature but not in the quality, shape, colour or dimensions listed on our site. Most of the items available to order on our site are Made to Order, once we confirm your choices on custom pieces please allow 4-6 weeks for us work our magic and make it!
When we have your piece lovingly packaged we will email you a notification that your items are shipping and provide you with the tracking information.
Greater Vancouver Area
For our local clientele we offer in studio pick up which can be arranged via email correspondence. Our studio is located on the second floor of the Mergatroid Building, Unit 202-975 Vernon Drive, Vancouver, BC, V6A 3P2. We will contact you to let you know when the items are available for pick-up.
Canadian Orders
All Canadian orders placed with Espiritu are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Vancouver, BC. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, a reliable carrier. All Canadian residents will be subject to GST or HST. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping Rates range in price depending on size, weight and quantity.
United States Orders
We do ship to the United States with Canada Post, a reliable carrier with tracking information and estimated delivery times. Shipping costs will vary depending on your state. Espiritu is not responsible for any additional custom or duty charges you may incur. Rejected or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to Canada and the duties and taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
Espiritu offers limited international shipping. The size and weight of our packages and the additional packing care that our items require means that the rates for shipping are very high. We are more than happy to get you a shipping quote, but please be forewarned that shipping costs will exceed approximately $80.00 CAD. Returns
We appreciate your business and support and do not accept returns on items ordered. Should items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, a file will be claimed to recoup the postage and/or insured value and will be handled case by case. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. As the sender we will do our best to provide Canada post with all requested information to process the claim in a timely manner. We will contact you once the claim has been processed and notify you of the outcome and proceed with replacement of your order, for your information, time for remaking an item will apply.
Currency
All orders are processed in Canadian Dollars.
